Q. Are the pearls freshwater or saltwater?

​       We use cultured freshwater pearls.

Q. Are the Pearls Real?

​       Yes, On Point Pearls only sells genuine cultured pearls, we have a mix between classic and designer colors.

Q. Is the jewellery sterling silver?

All our pendants, earrings, set jewellery and rings are 925 sterling silver.  Our complimentary chains are Jewellery Grade 316 Stainless Steel. Majority of our Market products are 316 Stainless Steel

Q. How do I take care of my new treasure?

With your delivery you will receive a special note instructing you how to take care of your new pearl. If you need any additional information please contact us.

Q. How do I host a live party?

Contact us and we will book you in.

Q. I want something you don’t have in your shop can you help?

Sure just contact us with a photo and we will endeavor to source the item for you.

Q. Do you have warranty on set jewellery?

Yes On Point Pearls 90 day warranty begins from the time you receive your item. We understand that sometimes strange things happen and again we want to make your entire experience with us as pleasurable as it possibly can be. So if a pearl becomes dislodged from it’s setting in your first ninety days, we will very happily replace for you. We can not  guarantee you will receive the same colour as the one you lost.

Q. Refunds

Please choose your jewellery pieces carefully as once we have revealed your pearl/s we do not offer a refund. Market items do not have warranty as they are at reduced priced so again please choose carefully as these are also not refundable.

Q. How does Market work?

I will show a product, tell you about it, tell you how many there is, how much it is. Then I will hold up a card with a number on it, if you would like that product you comment sold and we will note your name down.  The next business day we will add your products that were commented on to the website under your Facebook name. You have 48 hours from 4pm that day to purchase your market listing or the products will be added back to stock and you will not be able to purchase again. Commenting “sold” is a commitment to purchase.

Q. How long will it take to receive my new products?

We send Express through Australia Post $12.95, delivery times can be between 3-14 days depending on your area.  We will provide you with tracking number through email, you can also check your account on website. We are not responsible for lost parcels once we deliver them to our post office.

Q. I have supplied the wrong shipping information on order form.

Message our Facebook page immediately, or if you created an account you can log in and edit information. We ship to addresses that are supplied and we have not the time to contact each individual that is missing info. If wrong address is supplied and parcel is posted – your parcel will eventually come back to us and we will have to re-ship.

Q. Do you ship international?

Yes. Shipping to most countries.
